    This workbook from Atomic Habits: is a guide to James Clear's Book. The book comes with a range of different activities that are specially designed for you to perform at the end of every chapter. This practice guide will help you apply everything you learned while reading the book. That way you actually get to know and perceive it better. Chapterwise summaries and concise critical features at the end of each section will keep you gripped by the book till the very end. I've been reading and solving the activities in the book for a while now and it keeps getting better.
