    I researched and authored two children's non-fiction books for Room to Read. Room to Read is a global organization that works to develop children's foundational literacy skills and life skills that promote gender equality.

    Project goal: Develop 6 books to aid grade 3-4 learners in transitioning more smoothly from their mother tongue to English. The books were written as dual-language books and later translated into other languages. My books included multilingual tables, activities, experiments, word searches, fun facts, and did-you-knows to foster engagement and make learning and reading exciting.

    The first book I wrote for Room to Read was published at the end of 2025 and met the goal. They then commissioned a second book, which will be published in 2026.
